All of our products are shipped with tracking for your peace of mind. 

For approximate shipping times, please allow for 2-4 weeks. COVID-19 has delayed our orders, so we please ask that you be patient with us.

Our products are packed in individual and fitted packaging to ensure safe delivery. Due to this, some products may arrive faster than others. If your products arrive separately, please wait a few days for the remainder of your order to arrive. 

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the item(s) have been shipped. Custom fees rarely occur, but they do happen from time to time. By purchasing from KPOPSTANZ, you are acknowledging that custom fees may be applicable to your item(s) when they arrive in your country.
