I ordered the wrong item. What should I do?

No worries! We all make mistakes. If you've made your order within 1 hour please contact us immediately. In the subject line of your email please write your order number and the reason for your email. If more than 1 hour has passed you can still email us, however we may be limited in what can be done as our order system is automated.  

What is your refund policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds for change of mind or change of size.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I only received part of my order?

For logistical reasons, our products are packed in individual & fitted packaging to ensure the safest possible delivery. 

Due to this, some products may arrive at different times. 

If your products arrive separately, please wait a few days for the remainder of your order to arrive.

How long is shipping?

For approximate shipping times, please allow for 2-4 weeks until delivery. COVID-19 has delayed our orders, so we please ask that you be patient with us.

We also ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for your product(s) to be handled and packaged. This allows our team to inspect and process the package before departure.

My delivery hasn't arrived!

Don't worry! Please wait a few more business days for the arrival of your package. If you still haven't received your parcel by then, please contact our support team for assistance. We guarantee all purchases, so if yours is lost or unable to be delivered for any reason we will send a new one out free of charge.
